Remote Helpdesk is a PERMISSION BASED tool that allows us to connect and control your computer through the Internet. The software you are about to use will not stay on your computer unless it SAVED on your computer for a later time.  Sometimes we recommend this option, but the software is still PERMISSION BASED. We can not connect to your computer WITHOUT your permission.
